:Healthy, Fit, and Pretty:



Berat badan naik lagi! huuu, sebagai langkah berjaga-jaga, i bought this for breakfast and dinner. Ho yeah*semoga berjaya she!*


I am a tea lover. Banyak jenis tea flavoured skang, just give a try. Black tea bagus untuk kesihatan juga~


Supplement! Two on the left side are supplements for my scoliosis, and the right side one is multivit. For those whom dealing with molecular work or exposed frequently with heavy metal, detox supp is available at pharmacy. Go grab them!


Yogurt! Seldom i ate this. huuuu, masam~ I bought this primarily for face and hair masker! Untuk face masker, guna brush yg bersih, sapukan ke muka and biar for 20 minutes. Simple. For hair masker, untuk hasil yang lebih baik, titiskan sikit olive oil, then kacau sampai cair. Lumurkan ke rambut and biar selama 30 minit. Give a try, play with yogurt!

p/s: Tomatoes and yogurt are my best buddies now. Make them your buddies too k. Lots of love-she ^.^
